Time is a social construction (that we should always call space-time) and a scientific convention.

II-TIME DOESN T EXIST
I will tell you what I discovered.
Time does not exist!
I have experienced it.
I had experienced several events that took me out of Time: an NDE, out of the body experience, altered state of consciousness without drugs or medication.
We can not control Time but we can suspend it ... for a Time.

III-WHO AM I WHO TAUGHT ME MY MISSION
My name is Denis TRAN and I am a healer.
I was born and raised in Africa with the Pygmees of Gabon and i also live in Mali in Ivory Coast, Mauritania, Senegal, Morocco, Vietnam, Thailand, Canada and Europe.

Lets get Back to Time.
Time is a belief. 
If Time is a belief then you can change it
Time exists in the 3rd dimension, It is embedded into space
the one we live now defined by height, length, depth.

V- ACCESS THE DREAM SPACE 45D
When you fall asleep, for example, 
Time collapse in the dream space.
1 second in the dream may seem like hours or an eternity. 
Time and space change in other dimension like the 4thD (timeless dimension) and 5thD (spaceless and timeless dimension).
Everything is therefore relative.

VI-WAKE UP!BACK TO REALITY AND DUALITY
To answer the question "How to manage personal & professional time” 
is therefore a relative problem 
because the mind remains in duality.
And as long as we remain in the choice
the balance remains precarious.

VII-STEP OUT OF TIME AND THE ENERGY OF NOW RADIATES
So let's "step outside of the box", Let’s step out out of Time
by focusing your attention on the center, on oneself and on what is happening here and now.
As soon as the mind focuses on the present moment on what you have to do here and now, 
the energy of the body aligns with the spirit to radiate all around you and amplify your actions.
This energy released in the present moment has a high vibratory quality which affects all that you do in the "ordinary" life.

VIII-FOCUS HERE AND NOW-THE PRESENT MOMENT STOPS TIME
The energy goes where your attention is directed toward.
The present moment stops Ordinary Time, it’s TIMELESS
It enlarges the space and impacts the "ordinary" actions.
HOLD AND ALIGN 3 CENTERS
To maintain the present moment it is necessary to align 3 centers located in the pelvis, the thorax and the head.
Imagine an optical fiber that connects these 3 centers like a computer backbone; it's the present moment.

IX-KEEP THE POSTURE-DON’T MOVE-CYCLONE AHEAD!!
The posture is essential.
this the Core.
This posture keeps you in the center of who you are and what you do.
It's the eye of the cyclone and all around, it's the storm: thoughts, emotions...
When you are in the center everything is there, everything is still and time does not exist anymore.

X-ARE YOU ALIGNED? BACK TO TIME
When you are not in your alignment, 
TIME is catching you.
IT snaps you up. 
IT drowns you. 
It limits you in your actions.
